Shipping Policy

Please note that we currently only ship within Australia.

• Delivery is via Australia Post
• Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped. 
• As Australia Post is our courier company, we are unable to control their delivery time. 
• Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
• Minimum order amount $15

Furward Pty/Ltd will not be held responsible for any item reported missing once the item(s) has been successfully delivered to the specified shipping address. 

To assist us with processing your order, please provide your landline number as well as a mobile number. 

Australian Deliveries (2-3 business days)

For delivery to major States, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 1-2 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.

If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping Charges for goods (inc.GST and handling charges) 

Shipping is charged at $7 per order plus $1 per line item in your shopping cart up to a maximum of $20.

There may be very rare instances where shipping charges may increase slightly due to incorrect data. Before proceeding with any order where the shipping charge has increased, we will contact the customer to confirm acceptance. 

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with full order details. Our staff will process your order immediately once payment is received.
