We're not happy unless you're happy, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in it's original condition, along with the original invoice and a note explaining the reason for the return and your contact details, to:

*Please note that any returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.
You must indicate your intention to return any item within 7 days of delivery, by emailing us at sales@furward.com.
We must receive the products within 14 days of delivery. Upon inspection, we will either issue a refund for the full purchase price or exchange the item.
If the goods are faulty or you receive the incorrect order, you will be refunded the original delivery charge plus the purchase order amount. If the return is a result of a change of mind you will not be refunded the original postage cost. For both returns and refunds the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
